Engineering has deployed configuration changes to the platform to resolve this issue. All regions have been updated and are functioning as expected. No new failures have been observed since 14:00 UTC.

Monitoring

As of 14:00 UTC, all impacted instances have been removed from rotation and additional capacity has been added. Broadcast smoke tests are passing and engineering is continuing to monitor this incident.

Investigating

Starting at 13:26 UTC, customers may have experienced problems starting or stopping broadcasts in EU-CENTRAL-1, EU-WEST-1 and US-EAST-1. We'll update this incident as soon as we get more updates. Please contact support@api.vonage.com for any questions.
