We have been notified from suppliers about delivery degradation currently towards USA AT&T Network.

You may observe degradation or delays for outbound and inbound SMS & MMS messages sent to / from all numbers in US AT&T. We are working with partners to resolve the issue and will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
