Monitoring

We have reverted our implementation and noticed the incident has been fixed. We are now in monitoring and will further investigate for what problematic implementation was made. We'll also update about future preventative measures once we have discussed in a post-mortem meeting.

Investigating

We are noticing intermittent issues when using the programmable SIP product. Customers are seeing 404 issues. We are investigating what caused the issue and will update once we have more information about identifying the issue and when we'll implement a fix.
