Video API server issue in US-East region

Resolved

At 2024/12/25 10:43 UTC, a server that hosts our Standard Media and Session Connections failed in the US-East region. The impacted instance was removed from rotation immediately. Some customers may have experienced the disconnection of the session if impacted by the very few sessions that were affected. Any customer impact should be fully resolved at 2024/12/25 10:44 UTC.
