Japan Voice - Degradation affecting Long Virtual Numbers

Please be informed that there was service degradation for inbound and outbound calls to/from Japan long virtual numbers during 09:38 to 10:37 UTC on 28 Feb 2026. It has recovered.

It was caused by an issue with the supplier's SIP server. Our supplier performed a switchover to the standby server to restore service. Our supplier will work with their vendor to improve system reliability.
