Between 06:00 and 06:15 (UTC) on the 30th of January 2025, one of our suppliers will be performing maintenance on their SMS platform affecting messages sent using a subset of Short Codes to US networks.

During the maintenance window, you may experience missing or delayed SMS Outbound and Delivery receipt. In the unlikely event of a disruption to the service, messages will be queued by the carrier for delivery once the maintenance has been completed.
