EU and US Silent Authentication - Planned maintenance affecting EU and US regions

On 24 September 2026, between 04:30 and 06:30 UTC, our supplier will perform planned maintenance on their Silent Authentication platform. The maintenance is applied region by region within the same window; each region will be unavailable for a few minutes (expected 2–5 minutes, no longer than 10) while its upgrade completes.

During this window, users may experience intermittent latency for Silent Authentication requests.
