Service Issues in US West Data Center

Incident Report for Vonage API Status

Resolved

On 11th July 2022, at 16:17 UTC, there was a service issue on the US West Data center that impacted one of our Standard Video servers which resulted in the customer archive connections being dropped. We are alerting customers in case they were impacted. The instance immediately recovered and the issue has been resolved now.
