To ensure the highest standards and availability of our services, Vonage is scheduling an internal planned maintenance window on our SMS termination platform. This will take place on 30th October 2025, from 09:00 UTC to 11:00 UTC, and may temporarily impact outbound SMS traffic, inbound SMS traffic, and delivery receipts to multiple networks in the following list of countries.

Brazil
Colombia
Chile

The service disruption will last no longer than a few seconds.
