Monitoring

We have implemented a fix for the service issues that affected non-SIP trunking products. Customers using our Voice API and TTS features may have experienced failures in setting up calls between 07-08-2024 14:16 UTC and 07-08-2024 14:19 UTC.

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.

All services have been restored.
