Monitoring - Our monitoring has alerted us that At 14:12 UTC, an instance of our SIP interconnect infrastructure in US-EAST-1 failed. All connections on that instance would have been impacted. All new connections were immediately routed around this instance and further impact has been mitigated.
If there is a customer impact, it is likely to be affecting the following products: Sip Interconnect
