Summary

On 2023-03-20 17:15 UTC, customers sending outbound SMS messages to Thailand began to experience degradation and delays in the delivery of their messages. Several Network Operators in Thailand experienced message delivery problems at the same time.

Vonage was notified of the issue by one supplier and five automated alerts. By the time the automated alerts arrived the issue was being resolved by the network operators.

Network Operators implemented a fix and the issue was over at 17:40 UTC.

No description of issue cause from suppliers.

The issue was solved by the Network Operators.
