Update

Our 10DLC supplier has notified us that this degradation affects other US networks as well. Only 10DLC SMS and MMS traffic appears to be affected at this time.

Investigating

We have been notified by our supplier about SMS and MMS degradation impacting messages to AT&T numbers.

As a result of this issue, inbound/outbound messages and delivery receipts may be impacted. The carrier is aware of this issue and investigating the root cause. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
