Between 07:00 and 11:00 (UTC) on the 19th of November 2024, one of our suppliers will be performing maintenance on their SMS platform affecting messages sent using a subset of Long Virtual Numbers and Shortcodes.

During the maintenance window, you may experience missing or delayed SMS Outbound, Inbound and Delivery receipt. In the unlikely event of a disruption to the service, messages will be queued by the carrier for delivery once the maintenance has been completed.
