Three servers were in an unstable state in US-EAST, US-WEST, EU-WEST regions from May 30th 23:00 UTC to May 30th 23:53 UTC. Some customers may have experienced failures with some ongoing SIP calls during this period if they run across these servers. The faulty instances were detected and removed from rotation. We have since implemented additional safeguards to help prevent similar issues from occurring. For any additional questions, please contact support at support@api.vonage.com
