We are currently investigating a connectivity issue that impacted the video platform in the EU region between 07:26 UTC and 07:28 UTC on 6 January 2026.
During this time, you may have experienced connectivity issues, particularly with archive and broadcast requests, if those requests were routed through the impacted server.
