Update

Our supplier has informed us that this issue also affect delivery receipts for outbound MMS messages from toll-free numbers to Verizon network. The carrier is still investigating the issue. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.

We have been notified by our supplier about a delivery receipt degradation impacting toll-free messages to Verizon numbers.

You may experience missing and delayed delivery receipts for outbound SMS messages. The carrier is aware of this issue and investigating the root cause. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
