Update

This issue is affecting a subset of normal short codes and all HIPAA traffic sent from short codes.

Investigating

We have been notified about potential message latency for messages using a subset of short codes towards T-Mobile. You may expect delayed outbound messages, and missing or late delivery receipts.

The carrier is aware of this issue and investigating the root cause. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
