Update

We are observing some latency affecting all messages sent to and from AT&T.

Investigating

We have been notified by our US suppliers about the delivery degradation of SMS degradation impacting messages from 10 Digit Long Code numbers to AT&T.

The carrier is aware of this issue and investigating the root cause. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
