We are also observing delays to messages sent from a subset of Short Codes towards AT&T subscribers

Investigating

We have been notified by our US suppliers about the delivery degradation of SMS and MMS degradation impacting messages from 10 Digit Long Code numbers to AT&T.

The carrier is aware of this issue and investigating the root cause. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
