Incident Report for Vonage API Status

Resolved

We recently identified an issue affecting account balance updates for a subset of customers using Vonage Virtual Numbers. During the period 1-25 September 2026, some usage charges for Vonage Virtual Numbers subscriptions were not reflected in account balances as expected.

All affected account balances have now been corrected to accurately reflect usage during the impacted period.
