New Zealand SMS - Internal planned maintenance impacting multiple networks

To ensure the highest standards and availability of our services, Vonage is scheduling an internal planned maintenance window on our SMS termination platform on the 26th March 2026 between 10:00 UTC to 11:00 UTC, which will impact Outbound SMS traffic, Inbound SMS traffic and delivery receipts towards multiple networks in New Zealand. The service outage will last no longer than 10 minutes.

During this maintenance period, there may be delays in delivering messages to subscribers of multiple networks in New Zealand.
