Identified

We are experiencing recovery for SMS Delivery Delays towards AT&T for Toll Free Numbers.
MMS service is still impacted.

Investigating

We have been notified by our suppliers about SMS and MMS latency to the AT&T network for a subset of US toll free numbers.

The carrier is aware of this issue and investigating the root cause. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
