Resolved

The service issue impacting the US-East-1 datacenter has now been resolved. Customers may have experienced connectivity issues with WebRTC traffic between 18:36:00 UTC to 20:40:00 UTC.

All services have been restored.
Please let support@api.vonage.com know if you continue to experience problems with this.

We are currently investigating an issue impacting websocket client connection in our US-East-1 datacenter. If there is a customer impact, it is likely to be affecting the following products:
