We have observed an issue impacting SMS messages from a subset of Italy LVNs. You might experience missing or delayed inbound and outbound SMS and delivery receipts for a subset of Italy LVNs.

The carrier is aware of this issue and investigating the root cause. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
