Between 21-Jan-2025 10:00 UTC and 21-Jan-2025 17:00 UTC we will be performing the upgrade of the WhatsApp On-Premises clients running in our infrastructure.

During this time customers may see increased delivery latency, up to 5 minutes, for messages sent via the WhatsApp channel if sent from On-Premises numbers.
