Monitoring

At 18:17 UTC, a SIP Interconnect server in US-WEST-2 experienced an issue. Sessions processed through this instance may have been impacted. Traffic has been routed away from the affected server. Subsequent sessions would resume as normal.

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.
