To ensure the highest standards and availability of our services, Vonage is scheduling an emergency maintenance window on our SMS termination platform on the 16-April-2025 between 03:30 UTC to 10:30 UTC, which will impact Outbound SMS traffic, Inbound SMS traffic and delivery receipts towards multiple networks in Dominican Republic.

During this maintenance period, there may be delays in delivering messages to subscribers of multiple networks in Dominican Republic.
