Identified

Our monitoring has alerted us to a downstream service issue on Meta's business manager platform that may impact onboarding for WhatsApp.

Customers may experience issues registering their new WhatsApp business accounts via embedded sign-up and the Vonage-managed registration process.

We are currently working with our third-party provider to get the issue fixed and will post further updates here.
