We have implemented a fix for the issue experienced on our platform. Our services were impacted from 19-Jul-23 12:34 UTC until 19-Jul-23 12:49 UTC. Customers might have experienced messages failing as undeliverable during this timeframe.
The list of services that were impacted has been confirmed as:
Outbound SMS, Verify API and Messages API - US region. SMPP was not impacted.
