Some customer may experienced HTTP 500 error due to rate limit from 2024-03-28 02:15:00 (UTC) until 2024-03-28 02:24:00 UTC with the following product:

SMS API
Voice API
Messages API
Reports API
Verify API

All services have been restored.

Please let support@api.vonage.com know if you continue to experience problems with this.
