To ensure the highest standards and availability of our services, Vonage is scheduling an internal planned maintenance window on our SMS termination platform on the 20th November 2024 between 09:00 UTC to 13:00 UTC, which will impact Outbound SMS traffic, Inbound SMS traffic and delivery receipts towards multiple networks in Hong Kong. The service outage will last no longer than 10 minutes.

During this maintenance period, there may be delays in delivering messages to subscribers of multiple networks in Hong Kong.
