Monitoring

Our monitoring has alerted us to a service issue for customers using Messages API with Whatsapp On-premise numbers. Their outbound messages i.e ones they have already sent, maybe have been resent to end-users at around 17th Jan 2024 14:35 UTC.
Customers using Whatsapp Cloud-API are not impacted.
The issue has already been resolved and our team is currently monitoring the issue.
