Server Restart in South America East 1 region

Incident Report for Vonage API Status

Resolved

On 13th July 2022, at 12:17 UTC, one of our media routers had a failure in South America East 1 region that impacted enterprise video which resulted in some customers' connections to that server to be dropped. The server immediately recovered and the issue is resolved now.
