Investigating

We have been notified by our short code supplier about an SMS delivery degradation for messages sent using a subset of short codes towards CA. You may observe degradation or delays for SMS messages sent from short code numbers in CA.

The carrier is aware of this issue and investigating the root cause. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
