A server that hosted the Video Live caption service was in an unstable state in use1 region from 12:54 UTC to 12:59 UTC, 25-Apr-2025.
Some customers may have experienced Video Live caption service issues during this period if they run across this server.
The faulty instance was detected and removed from rotation.
Please let support@api.vonage.com know if you continue to experience problems with this.
A post-mortem will be published in the next few days.
