We have been notified by our suppliers that messages and delivery receipts to AT&T are passing without delay now. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.

Investigating

We have been notified by our suppliers about outbound SMS latency to the Verizon and AT&T networks for Toll Free numbers and a subset of US shortcodes.

The carriers are aware of this issue and investigating the root cause. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
