Our systems will be undergoing scheduled database maintenance from 00:00 (UTC) to 02:00 (UTC) on July 30, 2024. Our testing indicates that this maintenance should not impact the customer experience. The Vonage Video API platform is designed for continuous availability, even during software updates. We announce maintenance periods to ensure awareness and support for internal changes. In the unlikely event of an issue, some users may have trouble accessing the Video Account Portal, Tools, and API, but active video media will not be affected.
