We received a confirmation that only delivery reports are delayed, messages should be delivered in timely manner.

Investigating

We are observing potential message latency for messages and DLRs using a subset of shortcodes. You may expect delayed outbound messages and missing or late delivery receipts.

The carrier is aware of this issue and investigating the root cause. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
