Identified

A Meta Whatsapp Business API disruption impacted some outbound Whatsapp messages, getting an increased undeliverable rate between 2024 3rd Nov 6:15-6:16 UTC.

This impact was limited to Whatsapp messages sent via our Messages API, other products were not impacted.
