Video API server was in an unstable state in the US West (us-west-2) region from 2026-10-03 at 02:52 UTC to 2026-10-03 at 02:58 UTC. Some customers may have experienced Video API request failures during this period if they ran across this server. All services have been restored. The faulty instance was detected and removed from rotation. If you have any questions, please contact api.support.vonage.com.
