Investigating

We have been notified by our suppliers about an SMS latency issue impacting SMS to Freedom Mobile and Videotron numbers.

As a result of this issue, inbound/outbound messages via toll free numbers and delivery receipts may be delayed. The carrier is aware of this issue and investigating the root cause. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
