Between 17:10-17:30 UTC, customers in our enterprise environment in US-WEST-2 may have experienced failures in creating sessions or archives. The underlying issue has been resolved, and we are actively monitoring it. No further impacts are expected.

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.
