Incident Report for Vonage API Status

Resolved

We experienced an issue impacting SMS/Messages API which has been fully resolved as of [2026-03-13 17:39] UTC. A small number of messages may have been delivered with an altered Sender ID to Ireland.

Our engineers corrected the configuration issue that caused the service interruption. All services have been restored to normal operation.

The incident began at [2026-03-12T11:32] UTC and was resolved at [2026-03-13 17:39] UTC.
