Monitoring

Our monitoring has alerted us to an incident affecting Voice API requests originating from the EU region.
Customers in the EU sending requests towards US endpoints may have seen intermittent requests fail between 18:57 and 19:03 GMT.

The list of services that were impacted have been confirmed as:
Voice API
Programmable SIP

The service is now recovered and no further impact is expected at this time. We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.
