Resolved

This incident has been resolved.

Some customers in the EU data centre experienced a delay in DLR delivery of failed SMS on 2023-12-12, between 12:10 and 14:10 UTC.
This didn't affect outbound SMS delivery.

Please let support@api.vonage.com know if you continue to experience problems with this.

Investigating

Our monitoring has alerted us to a service issue with our SMS platform.
There is a delay issue for DLRs of failed SMS for some customers in the EU datacenter, on 2023-12-13 since 12:10 UTC. This does not affect outbound SMS delivery.
We are alerting customers immediately while our engineering teams investigate.

We aim to provide an update on our investigation within 1 hour.
